Good to know
Suite Three is a one-bedroom suite in the Carriage House, made for slow mornings and early nights. The king bed is dressed in premium bedding, and the overhead lighting offers both a traditional setting and a red-light setting, so the room can shift from bright and morning-ready to low and restorative. A single chair bed gives you a flexible extra sleep space without crowding the room. The living area opens to your private balcony — coffee outside in the morning, a glass of wine as the light drops over the river valley. The kitchenette is stocked for simple, good meals: a mini fridge, basic cookware and cooking oils, and a Nespresso machine with pods, coffee, and tea provided. Your private full bathroom is stocked and ready, and the shared laundry room sits on the main level of the building if you need it. The suites are intentionally TV-free — made for rest, the river, and each other. Step outside and you're a short walk from Riverwood's shared wellness area: a 7-person hot tub, a fire pit with comfortable outdoor seating, a cedar barrel sauna, an outdoor shower, and a cold plunge. A shared grill sits on the side of the building. Follow the Confluence Trail from the back corner of the property and you'll reach a secluded stretch of river — smooth stones, a small sandy beach, and the clear water where the Ellis and Wildcat converge. Slip your shoes off, wade in, or take the plunge. People have been finding their way to this exact spot for centuries. Jackson itself has drawn travelers since the 1800s, when it was one of New England's earliest mountain resort towns. The 1876 covered bridge still marks the entrance to the village, and the White Mountains rise right outside your door, with trailheads, ski touring, and river access all within a few minutes' drive. Everything to explore outside your door, and a quiet place to come back to. Key Features • King bed with premium bedding • Single chair bed for an additional guest • Private balcony • Red-light and traditional overhead lighting settings • Kitchenette with mini fridge, basic cookware, and cooking oils • Nespresso machine stocked with pods, coffee, and tea • Private full bathroom • Shared laundry room on the main level • Free WiFi
